"First off, when I rang up I was greeted by a lovely lady who got me an appointment the day I wanted. I thought that was a good start. But I knew I had to get new aids so when I arrived it was really just a matter of finding out how much it would be. I was fitted with two new aids, moulds, and extras, at a very reasonable price I thought. I also was given a very quick and easy hearing test to ascertain my needs in aids." "When I went in I was coping with an old second hand aid that was truly past its use by date, and one new but cheap aid that was giving me hell. I left with a pair of hearing aids that have given me a whole new approach to life. The result is way greater than I expected for sure."
