About our team

Over the years Adelaide Digital Hearing Solutions has become an unquestionable leader in South Australian hearing care services and have successfully established clinics in the Northern Territory and New South Wales. Although we have grown rapidly as a practice we have not lost sight of the personal professional service and commitment to the hearing impaired upon which we built our foundations.

There are many factors which contribute to a successful hearing practice but undoubtedly one of the most important is our staff who we believe provide excellent professional service and set us apart when you turn to us to for advice and assistance with your hearing concerns.

Hearing Support Receptionists

Our friendly caring staff on Reception in all our permanent clinics have experience in all aspects of hearing administration, Australian Government Hearing Scheme advice and has training in the care, maintenance and trouble shooting of hearing aids. They are happy to answer and assist with any questions or problems you may have. Our time and investment in their expertise and on-going training, we believe, provides you with the security and support necessary for a long relationship with Adelaide Digital Hearing Solutions. If hearing aids are prescribed you can rest assured this is only one component of hearing care. After care service and back up is equally important.

Clinical Staff

All our clinical staff are accredited hearing professionals and are all qualified Audiologists (Members of the Australian Audiological Society, ASA) or qualified Audiometrists (Members of the Australian College of Audiology, ACAud).
Our clinical staff are extensively trained and embrace our philosophies for the provision of service to the hard of hearing. They are required to attend on-going clinical and technical training sessions from hearing aid/care companies from around the world. They also attend their relevant professional seminars in Australia to keep abreast with all the latest developments in hearing care. When you consult one of our professionals you know you are in good hands.
